The International Volunteer Forum 4.0 (IVF 2026) returns for its fourth and most dynamic edition yet — hosted in the heart of Hungary, Budapest, a city where rich European heritage meets modern innovation. From July 9–12, 2026, join us for a transformative 4-day experience that unites changemakers, volunteers, thought leaders, and policy influencers from around the globe.

Organized by the Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA), IVF 2026 ensures a comprehensive learning experience with engaging workshops and interactive sessions. The conference empowers participants with insights into the future of education, civic engagement, and essential success skills. It places strong emphasis on leadership development, effective communication, and cross-cultural collaboration, while offering a platform to build a global network of passionate individuals committed to creating positive change.

Terms & Conditions — Forum Access Category (IVF 2026)

International Volunteer Forum | July 9–12, 2026 | Budapest, Hungary

By registering under the Forum Access Pass category for the International Volunteer Forum (IVF) 4th Edition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 15 years old at the time of application.
Open to individuals from all nationalities who are passionate about volunteerism, global change, and leadership.

2. Access Benefits

Forum Access Pass holders will receive:

Full access to all keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking events
Daily Meals and refreshments during the forum
Official IVF participation certificate
Invitation letter for visa application
IVF welcome kit (badge, lanyard, and other items)

Note: Travel and accommodation are not included.

3. Refund Policy

The Forum Access fee of $99.99 is refundable under the following conditions:

Time of Refund Request	Refund Eligibility
More than 30 days before the event	100% refund as voucher (no deduction)
20–30 days before the event	70% refund as voucher (30% deduction)
10–20 days before the event	50% refund as voucher (50% deduction)
Less than 10 days before the event	No refund (100% deduction)

All refund requests must be formally communicated via email to: ivf@headwayinstitute.org
Refunds will be provided in the form of vouchers, which can be redeemed at any future HISA conference.

4. Visa Support

An official invitation letter will be provided to assist with visa applications.
IVF organizers are not responsible for visa decisions, delays, or rejections.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold respect, professionalism, and integrity.
Any misconduct, discrimination, or violation of policies may result in disqualification or removal without refund.

6. Media Release

By participating, you consent to the use of your photos, videos, and testimonials for IVF's / HISA's promotional and official purposes.

7. Changes & Force Majeure

The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the schedule, format, venue, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be informed promptly via official channels.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Budapest, Hungary.

9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

9.1. By submitting your application for the Forum Access Category, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. You acknowledge that the registration fee is subject to the refund policy outlined above, and that participation is contingent upon adherence to the code of conduct and other event guidelines.
